About Expectant Mother's Guide to Northeast New Jersey
The Expectant Mother’s Guide to Northeast New Jersey is a localized pregnancy, childbirth, baby and parenting resource guide for expectant parents and new mothers and fathers in the Northeast New Jersey area.
Two volumes are printed each year and are available free-of-cost through ob/gyn offices in the Northeast New Jersey region— including Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union and Passaic counties. Ask your ob/gyn, midwife or prenatal care provider for a copy of the Expectant Mother's Guide to Northeast New Jersey at your first prenatal exam.
Online, expectant moms can find articles and local resources to help them make decisions as they transition through pregnancy and beyond. Moms have open online access to helpful information, articles and a list of local pregnancy, birth and baby-related businesses and organizations.
