Preparing for Life with Multiples St. Louis ($60) This three-week class series focuses on the unique aspects of multiple pregnancies and raising twins or triplets. Topics include: Nutrition for multiple pregnancy, pre-term labor, why bedrest is sometimes recommended and how to survive, naming twins and dressing them alike, co-bedding twins, feeding schedules for multiples and cesarean birth. The program includes a presentation by a pediatrician, a neonatal nurse practitioner with tour of the NICU and insights from experienced parents who are raising multiples.
