One Day Labor Intensive – this one day holistic birth class is ideal for busy families and will cover everything you need to know about labor.

Psychotherapy & Counseling | Stephanie A. Heck, Ph.D

Parents often struggle with many issues during pregnancy or following the birth of their baby—postpartum emotions and depression, mom’s return to work, decisions about child care, relationship with spouse, partner or extended family, and the general hassles of daily life.

Dr. Heck has a particular interest in helping new parents cope with issues of parenthood by providing psychotherapy treatment for parents at all stages.  Call today if you’re experiencing feelings of being overwhelmed, burned out, anxious, or depressed.

Acupuncture for Pregnancy, Labor & Postpartum | Beth Ann Corr, M.Ac., L.OM

Acupuncture is a safe and effective way to help women achieve optimum health throughout the reproductive spectrum.  Acupuncture enhances fertility, can maintain a healthy pregnancy, prepares mothers for labor, and helps during the postpartum period for mother and infant. Restore your health and balance without the use of drugs or surgery.

Prenatal Massage Therapy  | Beth Trachtman, CMT

Relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy through prenatal massage! Massage is incredibly beneficial to both the mother-to-be and child— it helps to reduce stress allowing the new mom to focus on the excitement of her pregnancy, decreases muscle tension, restores balance to overstretched muscles, increases circulation, and decreases swelling.
