EurAuPair Intercultural Child Care Programs
Live In Child Care Through Cultural Exchange
EurAupair au pairs provide live in child care assistance in exchange for the opportunity to experience family life in the USA.
EurAupair, winner of the IAPA Au Pair of the Year Award 2007, is a U.S. not-for-profit, public benefit organization and was one of the first au pair programs, in 1989, to become designated by the United States Department of State to legally sponsor Au Pairs to come to the United States.
When you decide to host a EurAupair au pair you can be assured that your au pair will arrive with all the proper legal visa documentation. As EurAupair has an established and respected reputation worldwide, your family will be choosing an au pair from among the most qualified au pair candidates.
All EurAupair au pairs are carefully screened young adults from Europe, Asia, the Americas, Australia, and South Africa, between the ages of 18 and 26 who are seeking the opportunity to live with an American family, and help care for the family's children in exchange for the chance to learn more about our culture and language. EurAupair au pairs speak English, are well educated, healthy and willing to make a 12-month commitment to live as a member of an American family to provide child care. In addition, all EurAupair au pairs go through a detailed background check that includes verification of school, three non-family related personal and/or employment references, a criminal background check and a psychometric evaluation. EurAupair au pairs offer families flexible hours of child care assistance at a low average weekly cost of only $294. Unlike a nanny who considers her child care responsibilities a job and leaves at the end of a work day, a EurAupair au pair lives with you and becomes a regular member of your family, providing in home child care and bonding with your children, enriching their lives with their love and the language and culture from which they came. Your children will benefit from the individualized attention in the secure, familiar surroundings of their own home.
