Classes for you and your family

the birthing process, comfort measures, role of the support person, breathing and relaxation techniques, Caesarean birth, baby care, breast-feeding basics and a tour of Suite Beginnings - Breast-Feeding Basics — learn successful breast-feeding techniques for the early weeks following birth
- Infant and Child CPR — practice hands-on CPR and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction for infants and children in this non-certified class using
American Heart Association procedures 
Kids Class — to help kids 3-9 years-of-age understand the special relationship siblings have with their new baby
