Kangaroo Kids is a child and maternity resale store and breastfeeding support center in St. Louis.

In addition to carrying resale children’s and maternity clothing and baby equipment we sell great newer brands like Phil and Ted's strollers and gear, Britax Car Seats, Green Toys and many more at a fraction of the original retail price. We also buy and sell children's books, baby equipment and nursery furniture.

Shopping resale is easy and money saving, but best of all, “green”! Why buy your child one outfit, when you could buy four for the same amount? Consider the amount of energy needed to make new clothing and the waste, energy and pollution that can be avoided. You can make a difference!  And you can spend less while doing it!

Breastfeeding Support Center

Kangaroo Kids is also a breastfeeding support center. Our passion is breastfeeding!  As an authorized Medela retailer, we offer all of Medelas breast pumps and breast pump accessories. We will match any other advertised price!  Additionally, we carry many brands of nursing bras and tanks and can fit you anytime. 

Our staff is composed of Certified Lactation Counselors with a combined 36 years of personal nursing experience. Kangaroo Kids offers free Lactation Counseling anytime over the phone or in store.  No appointment needed,  just drop in –and don't forget the baby! 

If you’re a breastfeeding mother in the St. Louis area, consider attending our weekly Nursing Moms Group, held every Thursday at 12:30 and 5:30.  It's a great place to get support and information on breastfeeding and find support through interaction with other local moms who understand the challenges and triumphs you are experiencing with your newborn.
