At My Gym Children’s Fitness Center, kids learn, grow and have FUN! We’ve developed an extraordinary program and facility devised to help children 6 weeks thru 13 years of age develop physically, cognitively and emotionally through structured, age-appropriate, weekly classes that incorporate music, dance, games, special rides, and more.
Activity Classes for New Parents:
“Little Bundles” (6 wks – 6 mos.)
This class introduces our youngest My Gym students to music and movement while their parents participate along with them in baby exercises, songs, dances and infant-safe rides and swings. Each class is followed by an open discussion that gives parents an opportunity to learn more about and discuss their child’s development.
“Tiny Tykes” (7 – 13 mos.)
As babies begin to gain better arm and hand control and become more mobile, this class introduces new activities such as balance and agility skills and introductory tumbling.
