Women’s Education Life Learning (WELL) / A Mother’s Place is dedicated to helping you and your family get off to the best start. Our maternity experts support you through pregnancy and beyond with innovative, affordable fitness programs, educational resources, childbirth and parenting classes, breastfeeding supplies and more.

Total Pregnancy Fitness

Dancing Thru Pregnancy combines strength and stretch, relaxation and visualization, and cardio to prepare for labor and birth in a safe and supportive environment.

Baby Sign Language Class

This 4 week series is designed for parents of babies 6 months to 3 years. Baby sign language is a “learning opportunity” for your family to integrate baby signs into everyday life.

Breastfeeding Couples Class

This couples class covers the basics of breastfeeding including proper latch-on, infant feeding cues, positioning, how to establish a good milk supply and information on renting or purchasing breast pumps and nursing bras.

Breastfeeding Mothers’ Group

A bi-monthly group led by an IBCLC (certified lactation consultant), the group is designed to offer mothers the opportunity to talk about their concerns and experiences of breastfeeding their babies. WELL / A Mother’s Place is also available for personalized nursing bra fittings and carries a full line of nursing supplies, including Bravado! and Medela nursing bras.

Childbirth Classes

Including childbirth preparation series, a One-Day childbirth preparation class, HypnoBirthing series, and our new eLearning childbirth class, an online childbirth preparation class that can be taken from the comfort of one’s home.

Infant/Child CPR Classes

Learn the ABCs of infant child cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Great for grandparents and nannies, too.

Breast Pump Rentals and Purchases

A variety of affordable breastfeeding products and accessory kit parts. Medela breast pumps are available for rental or purchase; personalized service and education.
